How can I do Executive MBA with 3 years Diploma and 15 years of work experience?

I have done H Sc and 3year Diploma in Engineering from State Council and having more than 15 full time experience. I want to do Executive MBA course. Whether it is possible.Whether this course is recognished by Govt. Please reply at smarajit.chowdhury@gmail.com.
