Hello, To become a District Collector one has to pass IAS exam conducted by UPSC. Minimum qualification is graduation. You may see rozgar samachar/employment news for advt about the IAS exam conducted by UPSC.

Harshil to become a district collector you must have a degree qualification and then appear for the UPSC exam and on passing the civil services exam you will qualify to become a District collector. All the best.

You ill need to compete IAS examination of the Union Service Commission the details of which you can find at the following website. The minimum qualification to appear for the examination is Bachelor's degree: http://www.upsc.gov.in/
