Hello sir i want to know about institute offering degree courses for 20+ industry experience people which can be passed in minimum duration in India, as those people are good in work but left behind because of no degree.

Depends upon the existing qualification of those 20+ people. So at first you will have to check heir qualification and thereafter the essential qualification prescribed for their promotion.
