hi sir whats the role of bio in I.P.S exam

To serve in the Indian Police Service one has to pass the Civil Service Examination, which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, every year.So after clearing preliminary exam, when u appear for mains,then u have a choice to select two subjects of your choice,if u select biology as one

No specific role except what the choice of subject of your liking.
