Where are good flying schools located to pursue a career in aviation?

i want to persue my career in aviation .. I would like to know that where are the good flying schools where should i apply to get a good output .. I hav checked for Indira gandhi rastriya Udaan academy but its website has not been updated since long and the number provided didn't work...
