Is DMS and PhD having the same value?

PhD you be getting Doctorate in one of the specialized field after2years of course you can be able to add Dr. to your prefix which is not the case with DMS

Please elaborate what you mean by DMS. Is it Document Management system or Design Merchandising solutions Department of Management Studies of some highly reputed institute !
