Hi Nitesh, after 10+2 u have many options to select, but think and decide on ur interest. If u r interested in science u can get through in B.E or Medical. it's depend on ur interest. think properly. All the best for your future.

Dear Nitesh, career after 10+2 means all options are open for you. You may join Indian Armed Forces through NDA as an officer. You may become Engineer/Doctor (as per your stream science or art). Full details would be required for good suggestions.
