MBA and PGDM are both business orientated courses. MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum. PGDM ( POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT ) is an autonomous program, conducted by a B School. An MBA or MMS program, comes under an university. However there are lot of PGDM programs, which are considered equivalent, to an MBA program.

PGDM ( POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT )and PGDBM ( POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ) is the programs which is conducted by the Institutions or the B- Schools(The autonomous Bodies)l. An MBA is a degree course which is conducted by the university.

pgdm is post graduation diploma in management. It is Equivalent to MBA. You can Get into PGDM with giving the Institutes own Enterence Test.
