AIP is not exactly a visa but if you get it, it means you will be given the visa after you pay the fee to the college and get the receipt which is to be sent to the high commission along with your pas

Hi, Usually you need to submit fees before filing the visa however it also depends on the college and their policies ,mostly colleges accept fees in instalments so you have to submit first instalment before filling the visa. Contact college directly for complete information. All d best!
