i am highly intrested in pursuing post graduation in mechanical or automotive enggineering from the top 5 universities .. please guide me regarding eligibility and application.

Good marks, good test scores, good communication skills are the three primary ingredients that good universities look for. Start early! Take the GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. These are required tests.
