I want to do PhD. I have done Bed(special education) so can I do certificate course or I have to do M Ed.

for PhD you must have master degree in it so go for Masters

Dear Shilpa, Any certificate course will not make you eligible for PhD. You need to pursue Master's only. all the best

For admission in Ph.D u have to do M.Ed + (NET or M.Phill)
