What is the eligibility to get placed in a job after B.tech CCNA certification? Are freshers eligible or one requires experience?

hi, 'm B. Tech graduate(2010) with CCNA Certified. 'm looking for networking job. will companies ask for experience or will they hire freshers(like me) for networking?
