I Would like to go for Ph.D "Tourism and Hospitality Management" in Canada or similar countries where i can work part-time during my study and get a permanent Residence status after course completion.

You can apply to Humber college. Have you pursued a masters degree in tourism and hospitality management? You can work part time for a maximum of 20 hours per week. Pay would depend on the kind of job you are doing. Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
