What are the job roles I can get into after doing an MBA in Operations if I want to get into Logistics Industry?
I am a Marine Engineer with 4 & 1/2years of exp in commercial ship operations. I intend to pursue MBA in operations and get in to Logistics Industry. What are the roles that I can target? Kindly provide generic role description also.Eg: Client Interaction&Business Development, Strategy&Planning etc

Logistics industry, you can get into Client intereaction & Business Development. Strategy planning is an inbuilt segment in it.

Logisticians work in virtually every industry in the business world, including: Aerospace, Airlines, Auto Industry, Clothing & Apparel, Engineering, Freight Forwarding, Hotel and Hospitality, International Trade and IT etc. MBA in logistics will prepare you to use your analytical skills in logistics

After MBA in operations you can join logistics industry, its in demand and mainly you will be in cost optimisation / stategy & Planning. The role good ,challenging and need proper planning.
