Is there any kind of difference between the job of proprietorship and Pvt. Ltd. or Ltd firm ? If suppose, I m the employee of proprietorship firm then is it countable experience for Pvt. Ltd. or Ltd. firm ?,plz tell me

dear if a firm is doing the business less then 60 lac this will be considerd as propriter ship when a propriter firm cross the business more then 60 lak in a financial year the prop. can make it pvt.ltd yes your exp will countable not a problem
