I have passed BE in the year 2007 and got a job in MNC Bank. Currently working as BM with 3 + years of work experince in Banking. I want to change my sector back to Technical. Pls guide me which course to take so that I can get better results in future.

In my view changing to preffered job nature is more desireable to changing job sector & I answered accordingly.

My suggestion would be, not to change your line, if you are performing well. Changing your line after 3 years, will show you, in very bad light, unless you have a strong reason, for doing so. You are the best judge.
