What is the procedure for doing MS (IT) from Singapore

Hi..I want to do MS (IT) . I wanted to do from US, UK but there fees was very high.Then my friend suggested to do from singapore.here fees is also less than other countries.and we need to show less also.so can you give me the suggestion.how much we need to show ?
