Hi,
You would be eligible to pursue PHD in computer science. If you are targeting this institute, i must let you know that it is one of the toughest institutions in USA to get admission into for the phd in computer science program. You would require atleast 75% in your masters as well as atleast 145

Start with the GRE and TOEFL. All gradaute degrees in the US - regardless of discipline - require these two tests. Next, focus on your research interests. You must find a university that has faculty in your research area. Start planning at least 18 months ahead of time. Best wishes!
