My Sister Rashmi Sinha is student of ICA accouning course at Ashoka Vihar Center. For an emergency reason she want to transfer her learning center from Ashoka Vihar, Delhi to Patna : Boring rd, but the center coordinater refusing to do so. Please provide me regarding the transfer procedure in ICA.

Dear Sir/Mam, I want admission In civil Engineering. I passed Inter In 2005 and discontinued education due to some personal problem. Now, I'm very much Interested to study civil Engineering. Kindly explain me the right procedure .Many Thanks.
