There are many known institutes which can provide you courses on Oracle in India, like NIIT, New Horizons, SQL Star, Aptech, HCL etc.

Dear Sameer, You can join any Prometric center such as NIIT, HCL Infotech, Aptech or IIHT for any certification course into Oracle
