Hi Chhitij,
There is one flying club situated in Nagpur named as Nagpur Flying Club, Sonegaon Aerodrome, Nagpur. Other than this, if you are able to opt for this training in the near locations, then you can consider Bombay Flying Club in Mumbai or Ajanta Flying Club in Aurangabad.

You can do CPL from Mumbai or Pune as no institutes available in Nagpur
