Not at all. For any good univer from whom you inetending for MBA, matters is what your score in entrance exam and how you clear JD, ineterview. It does not matter whether you have done graduation thr. Distance or regularlike BBA in your case.

No, there is no problem, you can join full time MBA in any regular college. Also there will not be any problem in future.
