is there any company that will train me in 3d animation, even if it is unpaid i will accept. i have been to institutes such as frameboxx, arena, maac india.. and found them very pathetic and unprofessional, just scam artists.

Can you explain your problem more clearly? From what I gather, you do not want to take up a course, but want an on the job training? If you have very good sketching skills and imagination you may be able to find a studio that supports you. However, that path may be tough since the studio would train

There are many institutes in India which train students in 3D Animation but then it is basically on the student and his skills that will make his/ her future in bright light.
You may consider Global School of Art, PIcasson, Anitoons, TGC, AAG and many more for this purpose. None of the
