Can an Arts graduate with 46 percent look at doing an MBA program

Hi, This is Biswajit, passed out B.A from Kalyani University with 46% marks in 2007. And I have been working with IBM as an Executive(Domestic Call Center) from 2nd August' 2008. Now I want to do MBA in HR. Please let me know whether I will be able to do the same or not with 46% marks.
