Hi Sreelal, as there is no ranking system followed in NZ its difficult to answer you query. When going to NZ for higher studies one must opt of government colleges. RBC is a private college. try to contact the alumni or the current students of the college to get a feedback on the same.

not at all this college was black listed already owner is from china
used to be an overstayer. they re currently on quarentaine
