Hi..One of my friend holds a diploma in secretarial practice and has put in around 8 yrs of work experience. She now wants to pursue a career in HR & wants to do a management degree, as in post graduation. Is there a way for her to pursue her choice with out having to do a bachelor's degree

No not at all for PG one should be graduate first
