Is singapore and malaysia a worthy place to do masters in civil engineering?

Is there is a correspondence course in Hubli Engineering college for M.Tech in Electrical related subject ?? if not which is convinient to prefer ?

Hi Prasanna, there are other countries better known for the engineering courses they provide. Like UK and USA. Singapore can also be looked into. My reason for suggesting the other 2 countries is exposure, more options in terms of universities offering it and job opportunities. Documents required
