Which program would groom a Central Government employee work in the corporate sector in the area of Leadership and Training

HI! I ma mid level executive in the Govt sector (Central Govt). i plan to quit my govt job and work in the corporate sector within a year or two. I m interested in Ldrship and Trainng flds. Can you pl suggest what type of qualification, if acquired will help me to land up with a good corporate job

Hi, The best option for you would be to go for an MBA degree with HR as a specialization, and if you are looking for real returns on your investment go for a full time MBA programme through a good B-School. Apart from this you can also get a six sigma certification and can go for train the trainer
