Yes the university has a SPP program. Please visit http://www.ufv.ca/international/st_prospective/PreArrival_Handbook/immigration/SPP.htm for details.
The funds that you would have to show depend on the course. You would be required to show atleast 1 year tuition fees+living expenses in your ban
