Which course is suitable for an ex-IAF serviceman with M.Com degree and 22yrs exp in Admin, with an aim to get a MNC job.

I am Ex-Serviceman (from IAF) with M.Com (pass) having 22 yrs of Admin expirence. Now what I have to do for my future betterment and to get good positions in MNCs

Go for MBA through distance education. That should give you better opportnities in the administrative line in the private sector. Even without it you can get a good job in the Security department or Liasion or Office administration in a reputed company with high turnover.
