This decision should be totally yours depending upon your interest and career prospects.
If you wish to do MBA, you can refer to Bangalore School of Business in Bangalore.
Bangalore School Of Business.They have their own Admission Criteria.

Hi Venu,
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your programme is your own interests and career aspirations. So, if you want to pursue a career in civil Engineering go for M.Tech in civil Engineering or else if you want to pursue a career in Management can go for MBA.
