Is it advisable for repeating 12th due to 48% marks and companies asks for 60% criteria for job? Already doing ECE.

I am pursuing Electronics engineering and have compartments so am not eligible for any job.I have done 12th with 46% marks from CBSE.I want to pursue a career in banking for which 60% marks in 12th are needed.I am thinking of pursuing my 12th again from NIOS.Is there any problem in doing 12th again?
