What is the scope of HR as a specialization?
i'm pursuing my ug i want to do MBA HR.. but i've heard that these days in company's they are not recruiting HR from outside but instead recruiting an experienced person as HR within their company itself.. how far is it true...?

it depends on company need . do not worry complete mba

there are entry level jobs too in HR. generally the senior positions are filled by internal employess.
