I don't think MBA is required for u after leading 8 years to a technical team. If u opt for technical consultant as a growth point of view will give u more benefit. Before selecting MBA plz ask some questions to urself. 1. If Not MBA then What Else? 2. MBA at What Cost? 3. What Job After MBA? 4. Ar
