my brother wants to write june cpt extrance 2011 but his 10 2 from NIOS results are expected in last week of june.can he write cpt june 2011 exam and join ipcc after it or he is required to wait till dec 2011?is he eligible with 10 2[single attempt 10 2) from nios for doing CA?
