hello, i want to know that i had passout my 12th class in 2006 from arts.. nd i do the distance learning diploma in Machnical Engg. from non AICTE approved institute,.. could i am able for the admission in B.Tech from AICTE approved universitys or not,.. plz tell me some private institue in delhi
