Which is a better option after Bsc in IT, going for Msc in IT or opting for a job?

I have completed my BSc IT . I am working in Infosys as Operational Executive My job is something like Technical support. Actually im not fully satisfy with my job because my interest is in development.\nSo can u plz suggest me what should i do? either go for PG(MSc.IT) or cont wid that job.
