    hi praneet, as far as MS in mechanical engg is concerned, u can go for Germany as it is a FREE education and the no.1 destination for mechanical as germany has the best automobile industry in the world. MOst of the universities are funded by the govt. A student is able to complete his masters in 6 - 7 lacs for 2 yrs. You are reqd to clear only the IELTS exam for the same with a minimum of 6.5 bands.
