yes you can done CS through Hindi Medium.but if you are doing CS with english language that will provide you better opportunity of job in india and also outside the india.

Certain things are not possible, as things stand now.In the long run, Hindi will take its due position and then we will be happy.Even then, it may be inevitable to make a study of English.
