Dear Bala, There are two options which is traditional 1) Medical, 2) Engineering. As per your stream, Engineering is the best option and suitable for you. There are other options: 1) Teaching 2) Statistician 3) Defence Services 4) MBA 5) IT etc Thanks, Friend
