Dear Dolly, MBA is Masters of Business Administration, looking for Administration and Management as your career. MCA is Masters of Computer Applications , looking for IT and software as your career. Both are good and Master Degrees. Its depends upon your area of interest, confidence and capability

it depends on you....which field you want to go. if you have interest of computers go for MCA..if you r into sales or marketing than go for MBA.
