Is it possible that after 1st year B.Tech. from Rajasthan Technical University can change University in 2nd year?

I am doing b.tech from rajasthan technical university.i am first year student. i want to take admission in second year .is this possible to take admission in second year?

HI Garav, It can be possible, to take second year admission in second year. But you should be complete your first year with good marks, and that university may have that option. But once you take second year admission any college, so you cant change it again. Thanks... ABhijeet...
