Hi Parvesh, pursuing MBA in Nz requires 3 yrs managerial or supervisory experience, so you can go for a Graduate diploma or a PGDip which will not require any experience. If you want to pursue MBA only the you can try in UK where freshers can MBA in universities like cardiff and aberdeen
