I am a BTech in Biotechnology And working in IT with CTS and Wipro for over 2 years now with a package of INR 5 L/A.I would like to persue an MBA programme in Singapore from JCU, EABS, SMU, etc.Can you tell me which college is better and wether with my profile I can get a job there with better pay?

SMU is a public univ in singapore need a relevant UG background and 6-8 years work exp. with good GMAT to apply.
EASB gives degree from UK
JCU-S takes in freshers and Iclass in any degree is accepted without GMAT and TORFL.
only in SMU u can do part time and work henceforth. other places u can stud
