sir, i would like to know whether IGNOU is affliated under UGC Act?whether a degree of IGNOU is eligible for civil service examination/

Hi Rubiyah, Yes IGNOU is a recognized University and is declared with the status of 'Open University' to carry out all the courses through correspondence mode and as for the Civil Services are concerned, You would be eligible for the same even after acquiring education through IGNOU. Kindly revert
