Aparna , After ur M.TECH in ur field u may go for ITS( UPSC) for posting in DOT,TRAI,TDSAT etc. For preparation visit upsc site. Technology latest like GSM,CDMA,WCDMA,PON,CERCUIT SWITCHING, PKT.SWITCHING ,MPLS-VPN etc. may be studied. Wishing best.....
