Which professional program would add value to a B.Ed (Hindi) graduate

Ashish i am Agreed with priya's advice like to mention one more thing if you go with same subject then it will give you advantage in future for Master's degree i.e M.A,M.Ed and job also.

HI Ashish, With just a B.ed, you are eligible to apply to schools with a purpose of teaching or else to higher your chances to secure a better job, I would suggest you to opt for higher education like pursuing Masters - M.A./ M.ed and later can look forward to write to qualify exams like SLET/ NET

If you have not cleared UGC NET exam then you need to clear it for a good career in education line. Clearing UGC NET exam would make you eligible for the Lecturer's / Asst. Professor's postion in colleges.
