Hi, Practically, it is not possible for you to pursue your studies in the US with a budget of 3-4 lakhs a year. Living expenses only sum upto 5-6 lakhs per annum. I am sorry to disappoint you but with this budget, it is not possible to study abroad, even for a diploma course.
