I am working in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, I got fail in 10th standard in 2 subject in India, now can i study here and directly join BCOM in Al-Khobar anywhere.

Hi,
No you cannot pursue a regular BCOM degree. to pursue a regular BCOM degree, you need to have passed class 12th whereas in your case, you have not even passed class 10th. Go ahead and pursue a diploma, but your not eligible for a degree.
