How should an M.Sc (Chemistry) with ten years of experience as a Post Graduate teacher go about shifting his career to industry or research

I am Vipin did M.Sc chemistry in 1998 and serving as PGT chem for last 10 yrs.I want to change my field from school teaching to industry or research.Should I join M.Tech biotech in Shobhit Uni.Merrut.UP or do PhD chemistry from IIT Gandhinagar.After M.tech will employer hasitate to employ me.

vipin ....PHD is preferable as u wanna go in the field of research and doing it from IIT will be cherry on the cake. on the other hand if you go for Mtech u will get gud offers from the private as well as govt sector for jobs...as u have 10 years of teaching exp can also go for lecturership in coll
